A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Glynis and I’ve never really done things the “normal” way.

Every major shift in my life, from leaving San Francisco to moving to London 11 years ago, travelling the world, relocating to Chicago, and eventually finding my way back to London, has come at a moment when something needed to change. I never set out to carve my own path, but with every turn, that’s exactly what’s happened and what was needed.

My career background is in data. I hold a master’s in data science and have spent over 15 years turning complex data into meaningful insight. But my real passion has always been people: understanding how we think, grow, and find our rhythm again when life feels off track. That curiosity led me into management and coaching, where I’ve spent the past six years helping others navigate change and rebuild confidence.

Two years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and it completely reframed how I see myself and my work. I’ve learned to work with my brain instead of against it; to lean into creativity, energy, and adaptability, rather than trying to suppress them.

Like many, I’ve also experienced burnout more than once. Those experiences taught me that growth without self-awareness isn’t sustainable, and that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is slow down.

Today, my work is about helping others, especially women trying to navigate male dominated careers, people with ADHD, and anyone feeling stuck to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Not by chasing perfection, but by finding what actually works for you.
